I find it highly awsome, that this Judge was overturned on a patent case and DM mentions the case in arguments and the Judge's comment on the same was telling. I hope what i think you are thinking comes to pass with this ruling. ha ha.

If the PPS finally takes off, not sure how i can handle it. I think there could be some mortalities with too high a pps jump,lol. Dischino appears to have eaten too many Canolies to handle the glee of the PPS jump.
