Emma- from what I have followed is that if the decision goes against us , its back to the drawing board. My point is that any decision is based on opinion not just hers but also those that clerk for her that do most of the leg work.
Going back to the judges on the supreme court, they read the same law but do have different opinions and that is what becomes the law.
No matter what is stated here and we must remember that most of our opinions are jaundise in favor of a decision that will go our way, We are dependent on an understanding of people that are not finacially involved as we are and they depend on information that in many cases they don't understand and need experts who opinions also differ.
Like I stated Its a dam good thing that DM is on our side in this and has stated the case the way that they did. Silvers interpetation of what was said and done was great and we are thankful for it. It helps us see appoximatly where we stand after years of petty haggling and decisions that were questionable.
