Your reasoning makes a great deal of sense.

However, the Markman hearing date has been on the calendar for months and yet, there continued to be a commitment of a February then March SHM as recently as of only a few weeks ago.

Certainly, the "goal of reducing costs and aligning to a traditional schedule" is a noble one but an adjustment in scheduling just didn't surface overnight.

After a year of dialog filled with terms like " elements, Micro-Cap funds and new investor interest" (with little apparent delivery) wouldn't establishing or re-establishing credibility( in doing what you say) seem like it would be a very important primary business objective?

Without question, real value creation is and has always been about the Patents and ultimately favorable court rulings.
