The "book keeper / admin assistant" had been reduced to 1/2 time a while back, then she apparently worked with MarDee for a short time back in July, to get her up to speed, then was used as a outside consultant on an as needed basis, and the other gal was released.

IMO, the timing to HIRE her has a subtle meaning.

I look at it this way:

1. Admin person laid off in July.
2. RP $85K/yr, IR contact and other duties, not replaced.
3. FF assumes the role of IR contact.
4. Terminate the use of an outside accounting firm.
5. Hire a dedicated CPA for minimum of $75K.

I hope she is required 40 hours per week!
