I've got a lot of questions as a result of company actions and inactions and would prefer that this conference call be substanitive in nature, hence loading the boat with legitimate questions in advance that deserve answers and guidance.

I want thoughtful answers, thus giving Fred Falk enough time to consider shareholders legitimate concerns so he might prepare in order that we might become a better informed and educated shareholder base, further advocating for the company, rather than coming away with anything less.

This should be a win-win experience and not a head butting contest, especially in light of the fact that EDIG is about to turn a big corner in its patent litigation via DM as well as being at a point of redefining itself as a patent house.

They could be priming this for a take over should the Markman go well and the new patents and technologies be significant.
