If I were a high level manager/BOD member etc of a company not yet sued, I'd be watching the MH outcome closely, and what the 16 do assuming we prevail.
The other 150 give or take know if they are a target...would'nt ya think?
We've danced around whether AAPL is on the list many times, and I can't see IMO how they can escape completely.
