Good question, and I'd guess maybe 6 or 8 out of 23.
The reason I say this is, many of the questions either are pre-mature, or cross a line of confidentiality at this point in time IMO. The company has to be very careful what they expose via a conf call, www etc.
However, it will show the BOD what us share holders want to know, and what's on our mind. To me, that is what is valuable here. This group is expressing it's need to know.
The effort made by everyone is an attempt to make our concerns to obtain information a part of the conf calls scope. In other words, we are assiting in "writing the script."
Not unlike a SHM or a web cast as they used to do many years ago, sensitive areas just cannot be addressed and we all know that.....
I intend to email the document late today, giving enough time for people to chime in.
3 or 4 days IMO is adequate, and every question received publicaly or privately has been copy/pasted without any editing...OK maybe a spelling errors here and there, because as you know I spell perfectly...LOL!!!
I do have a correction to something a poster brought up about NDA's when I mentioned LG did not have one, and I was mistaken....my error, thus this question for that poster...forgot who it was?
14) Why are NDA's made for each settlement?
Well, there ya have it.
