They are splitting hairs over the meaning of that phrase....
Defendants consider it to mean "working memory"....or the flash totally replacing RAM.
Plaintiff considers the flash to be "storage memory"....with RAM resource in front of it.
When you read the A and B proposals....you have to keep that in mind.
If you read the prosecution history and what meaning is considered by Woody.....it's for storage.
Reading your notes of the hearing...it is also clear that the intent was for storage.
IMO, there's not much for the court to get hung up on for A and B....
