Thanks for the reminder. So could the judge pick and choose, taking (1) from Edigital's proposed construction and (2) from the defendants' proposed construction?

Or even perhaps come up with some sort of hybrid construction of either (1) or (2) or both that isn't exactly like either the plaintiff's or defense's proposal?
