Would that apply to Edig case?? I don't believe so. The information given to us by SSman indicated that Edig was better prepared and with Woody there Who invented the product, I say its a win for us. Especially since their expert flubbed and then Dm asked the killer question that he was forced to answer "Yes"

The issue could not be made clearer. But then we are looking for imperfect people ti give perhaps an imperfect decision. Lets all hope they see it our way.
