IMO, edig wants to grow the company for the long term benefits than rather a salary for their officers.
The factor that could make edig trend in a way much different than the P company is a cross license product/tech. that can actually generate residual income.
Also, I would hope that under DM guidance/expertise that edig does something more beneficial with the money that will be collected for patent infringement/license etc.....
