I am sorry to have to explain this futher to those who understood the context to begin with. It will take the judge longer to rule on all 8 issues then it will take to rule on the first 2. The only reason for her to review CC issues 3-8 is because the defense lost on CC issues 1 and 2 triggering a need to review 3-8. The post simply stated that I am more comfortable the longer we wait beacuse 8 rulings is good and only 2 rulings is bad.
