While we wait for the MH ruling, probably going to remain like this IMO.

Most here seem pretty confident for success, which would lead to settlements then: but maybe not in this order....

  • settlements both before and after the Mar CC
  • Innovation Group website launch hopefully before the CC
  • hopefully round III with 30+ named before all settlements are done

But 1st, need that ruling....sooooon.
