Thank you for your inquiry. User's are rewarded by the amount of messages they post, links and images shared etc., in addition to how their peers value these contributions, in the form of the five star rating system.

Your ranking point total, and in turn your rank, is defined in two ways; activity points and your member rating.

You accumulate activity points by posting messages, reporting violations, uploading images and editing HUB profiles.

You rating (1 to 5 stars) is how other members rate your overall participation within the AGORACOM Community. In order to be a vice president, you must maintain a rating of 3.0 stars out of five.

As such you can expect HUB Leaders to gain and loose control accordingly.
