A settlement BEFORE the Markman Hearing ruling.

I'll say this again.....on 9/17/09, in EDIG's conf room, with jonthezman (member here), Wife and me, Jon asked "why do all of our settlements to date have NDA's?"

RP: "It is in the best interest of both parties."

Looking at the big picture IMO, this is GREAT news, whether it upticks the PPS or not.
