Releasing Settlement amount shouldn't hurt any future settlements as long as DM has a settlement amount for each company and sticks to his guns. So what if xyz settleled for peanuts...I think we all know that we will have small and large settlemnts depending on the size of the company and the number of products. My vote is for making all settlements public information and do away with all of the NDA's It couldn't hurt to at least see if disclosing the amount will help the SP. The way they are doing now certainly hasn't help move the share price so why not try something different
