We have to understand the reality to things. D.M. represents EDIG but they also are obligated to their firm. They needed to outlay and enourmous amount of money and need the payback. Settlements are a road to that. What i don't particularly like is the NDA's. they have in the past brought nothing to the table. Are far as an investment aid that we will have to see as things progress. Right now the one settlement means nothing it's what the judge will say and how that is done that will really effect what EDIG will do. We all need to sit and wait. So far this singuilar issue is good for it shows a crack in their defence. But we are loking for the entire wall to callaspand that means we need to wait for the decision of the judge.
Don't be fooled by the games the MM'S are playing. Let them have their fun. If the decision is positive for EDIG they will kick rhemselves in the a-s-s for what they did.
