I agree nothing expected full proof and guaranteed . But who expected in relative

short period (legal time ) e.DIGITAL to go after several top high tech companies

in their infringers list. By looking at history of this company , and assistant of

a highly skilled DM intellectual property legal team and obviously addition of little

luck we hopefully will achieve our ultimate goal.
