The correct statement would be "WHEN THE JUDGE CONFIRMS DUANE MORRIS'S POSITION."

The Judge had read everything, was keenly on top of what the parties positions were, [she essentially told them so in open Court], and framed the parameters of her decision when she identified the first two claims, that were tried on 1/28/2011, as being dispositiove to the case.

All this made the "DECISION" one of class "A" catagory, one which is pretty clear, and required "Drafting", then being reviewed in a conference with clerks reaserching it, and then subjected to a "Final conference" before it was prepared for judge's signature and publication...

We are in the last stages of it now...

So, IMO, it has never been a question "IF" the judge will rule for DM's position, rather WHEN the judge would rule for DM's position...
