Black labs there are no experts here. rather there are bunch of regular people that have done extensive dd on edig and the patents that have deduced the following.

DM took on edig as a client on a contingency basis - This is key as most lawyers if not all are concerned about 1 thing which is billing . If dm after reviewing the patents thought we had nothing then they certainly would not have taken the case as they only get paid with success. Very encouraging to all shareholders that they took edig on as a client.

Edig has zero debt now and $ in the bank. If you were here for the last 10- 12 years you would know edig was hampered by debt and had no $ and was virtually on its death bed for many years . The recent settlements all changed that

A positive for edig Markman ruling is what I and everyone else is hoping for which will aid edig in further collecting on its IP portfolio. We should know the markman results soon as well as we should learn something on the conference call that is scheduled for mid month
