So, what's in store M - F before the 3/14 Mon CC?

My wish list:

• settlement press releases...yes, IMO we'd be better served if the settlement is post ruling, assuming we prevail, but some may take the pre-ruling offer regardless
• favorable ruling

This would certainly set the tone for the CC...duh.

From a legal stand point, and I have no clue, can both sides ask when the ruling will come down? If so, would the judge advise "I will rule on X date."

Anyone out there know the rules?
