Is it possible this case is being resolved behind closed doors and the judge has agreed to hold off on her ruling until all parties have a chance to finalize details. I specifically wonder if a "group buyout" is not under discussion. It is funny how these delays causes ones' mind to wander off in the netherworld. I'm definitely senile and getting crazier by the day, but I just can't help but wonder. Good luck all...
