1. You wrote a post laying out your views surrounding IMS, Wencor, and why the merger/buyout deal didn`t go through. In it, you made such comments as:

Somewhere Wencor was sold a bill of goods that IMS had a product (etc) Wencor needed. (Most likely by Joe Renton, this guy is a real sleeze bag not exactly known for his humility and truthfulness.

I think he found out what a third rate company he was getting involved in. I think he found out what a less than truthful sleezebag Joe Renton was.

2. That post was used by others to further their agendas which are in conflict with the best interests of e.Digital and its shareholders.

3. It makes little difference whether or not your post was actually sent to IMS and whether or not they actually responded. If it was and they did, I doubt very much it has helped our cause or endeared you to IMS, Wencor, or even to e.Digital. Even if it was all bogus, the mere event only serves to further the perception of true, long-term, e.Digital shareholders as a classless bunch of rejects (a perception I can`t totally deny, but one that I would like to see change)

My original point was not to attack you personally, but to suggest that you consider the value of your own posts before calling into question someone else`s. In this particular case, it was you who fueled the fire. You should be able to post your opinions without going out of your way to insult other people or other companies - especially considering that (assuming you`re right about IMS capabilities and products) they don`t even matter to us.

I`ve said in the past that I think we should hold e.Digital management accountable. Perhaps we as shareholders should hold each other accountable as well.

And you didn`t overestimate my intelligence, nor did I yours.
