No, I'm not saying on E-Trade...

I meant on several other sites as has been mentioned here - but it's enough so to make one wonder who to believe. Even stupid Yahoo Finance shows the ask at .16.

Apparently E-Trade has been behind the curve when it comes to dorking up quotes until now. That's why I said maybe this will become the new normal. But who knows?
