Message: Help me out here....

The debate continues to revolve around Bid/Ask quotes from bad sources, yet nobody seems to want to entertain any conjecture about the upcoming, in just a few days, CC?

We've heard what, two or three opinions? Hardly what I would characterize as a discussion.

This board has changed.....

Or maybe I'm placing far too much importance on the CC.

More help solicited:

It is my understanding (please correct me as appropriate) that we await the Judge's ruling on the Markman, and this while we know that the litigants have already agreed to interpretation of words/phrases/intent. Assuming this is correct, is there an honest expectation that the Judge will counter any of those agreements? IMO, his job is virtually done for him, as my understanding is that the Judge's quest is to reconcile same among the parties. Already reconciled, already done (other than a cursory review for reasonableness).

But then, why the wait?

I'm obviously baffled, so any help would be appreciated.

TIA,

SGE

BTW, current, accurate B/A is .10/.105 with one MM on each.
