Could be some ready made partners with that patent and some leverage resolving existing infringements.....Think about who we've already resolved invringements with or are currently litigating against or are potential infringers that are in the cell phone marketplace. Big names. Samsung, LG, Nokia with additional names on the docket. As a tool, having a prototype design like Nunley described could be used to leverage our existing patent infringements as a compelling carrot during negotiations. Depending on the merrits, functionality, user interface, intuitiveness, a concept like this could move the industry forward in a serious way.....and this was just one patent out of 3 with 8 more in the wings.
