Comments were made during Q&A at the 2008 SHM Sept 17th between RP and PN, that they had made joint calls on "MANY" claimed infringers to demonstrate and show how their widget infringed...."if you pull out this card and your device stops working, you have infringed."

A follow up comment stated letters went out to confirm the visit and notification, which was prior to DM filing the TX 7.
