They first mentioned Nunally's efforts regarding new technologies last summer, then ramped up the rhetoric throughout the second half of 2010 to the point whereby they expected to announce the patents by years end.

Today they formally announced the "concept" of NUNCHI, the nature of the new patents and the plans for more patents with new partners coming by summer.

The bulk of the entire NUNCHI technologies was spearheaded by Nunally and I found him quite credible.

They are still short on delivery but today's effort was not a tactic of delay, imo, but rather insight into what is coming in the relative short term.

With the Markman on the Judge's time clock, DM anxiously awaiting the next settlement deal, and now Nunally charting a new course on a very exciting front, we could be hitting pay dirt at any moment.

Since they did not launch the website with today's webcast I can only guess that its launch will coincide with the release of news of a new partnership or perhaps, specific details of the product applications.

It looks like CES 2012 may just be in the cards this year.
