Actually what he said was (roughly):
"We plan to introduce the technology to strategic partners over the next few months, and are very hopeful to announce one or more strategic partnerships associated with hosting, refining and carrying this tech. to market very soon."
Not definitive (which I prefer as it's not a done deal) but would appear potential partner/partners are aware and interested.
