This is what lawyers do one says its black and the other says its white . One says the sun is out and what a beautiful day it is and the other says dont worry it will rain and again and doom and gloom is coming . They cant help themselves . The law is not clear in many aspects . Many cases have been ruled on in error and then guess what those rulings become case law if they are not over turned . I believe we have one of the most qualified ip attorney firms handling edig and I further believe they inspected and determined that the patents are very strong and as such took the cases on in a contingency manner . Why else would they move foward. If the patenets were weak why on earth would they take the cases as it would not make any financial sense to them and these law firms are all about the benjamins !

I am here as a holder because of that belief. If I felt edig was not going to prevail I would have sold already unlike our dearly departed hypocrits that can no longer post on this thread
