Having said that, a point I stand firm on is and it regards the statement: "... we have claimed rights in the areas of communication networks and digital data distribution,” added Falk.", and that point, is "Without a favorable MH on '774 #'s 1&2, edig will not be able to afford defending (I reckon DM will then be out of the picture) whatever "Claims" they claim to have claimed, let alone survive. And therefore, there will be no EDIG, at least not as we know it at the moment.

Lord, I hope this doesn't qualify as bantering. Having said all of this, I also firmly believe the MH will go edig's way, if there is any justice at all, and all will be good, perhaps very good, at least for the short run.
