Rereading your post on the claim constructions and boiling down the differences this is what I get:
Flash-back stores digital signals from RAM processed digital signals;
our flash-back is removable memory.
If this is the case, does this mean our patent is broad enough to include or cover any CE device that uses a removable memory stick of any kind--even like the little Data-Play chips that never got off the ground? That would mean almost any device using using a removable or interchangeable flash memory device is covered by our patent!
