I went to the "home page" of the site. I wasn't too impressed what I found on the bottom right column of rankings.

But then I looked at the comments that were on file, some from years ago. And I read that quite a few were politically motivated from (what appears to be) the ilk that is currently staging 'protests' in state capitol buildings nationwide, and creating chaos elsewhere in the world.

So I wouldn't put a lot of faith in some of those comments, or the rating system. I would put more faith in DM's handling of the case and statement to the judge about (all parties) learning from a previous case.

Let's just wait to see what the verdict will be, then decide if the judge applied the facts correctly.

Something tells me (just a hunch, that's all... no inside info here) that the ruling will come as EDIG, DM, and we expect it to, hopefully any day now.

Would you consider setting up a group on your cell phone to text when the PACER is available as an alert for those of us who can't get internet access at all times? It would be a one-time text message sent to those of us here?
