the patent asset value has always been there for many companies and I'd bet you could name several in a heartbeat, ( our old pal arm comes to mind). The impediment for us has been the clarity of our asset value. The fact that our first 7 settlements amounted to nuisance fees and we wait and wait for results that we all think is a slam dunk means the jury is still out.

I would be thrilled with a resounding stamp of approval by the judge to start the signings we all thought would be flowing months ago, but, it is what it is and we wait.
