Considering that since the iPhone was introduced in 2007, Nokia's stock has dropped from over $40 to $8 while Apple went from $100 to $350.
Nokia is getting very agressive seeking out every angle to utilize its IP to gain market cap.
EDIG is currently in litigation with NOKIA (my comment-lol), makes one wonder why they just don't take EDIG out and go after Apple themselves.
There is a cottage industry of small companies using patents to generate revenues...the perfect storm.
Is the patent an asset class ? Absolutely !
