Consider that a Nokia type company is not merely looking at the ROI with the concept of a buyout of an EDIG-type company, but more importantly, helping them to reestablish market share from it competitors, like Apple.
Apple $100-->$360 since 2007 on the power of the iPhone while,
NOKIA $40-->$8 since 20007.
A positive Markman makes that point in spades, imo.
