I would think that ``trials`` would be funded/performed by a prospective customer. If EDIG conducted the ``test``, it wouldn`t really be a ``trial``. If you were a prospective customer would you trust the results of a ``trial`` conducted/controlled by the party doing the selling? So may be just a terminology thing, with RP or whoever speaking in exact clarity.
