Just a guess from memory, the chart if totaled exceeded $100 Bln for 8 or 10 (?) years, but it was exponential for sure. 07 on, the upward curve I'm sure has increased substantially.

With the figures shown that day, again not all EDIG related, when the question was raised about settlements values based on 174+ claimed infringers, RP stated "hundreds of millions in settlments" and this board has debated whether that was net to EDIG or gross to DM, and I think DABOSS got that clarified via email with RP and posted it to be net.

Just food for thought on all the above.
