I think all in all that those who have unscrupulously taken and profited from our technology will take notice also. It may not seem to the media or the outside like a major event but its ripples will be felt deep and powerfully by all those infringers should the outcome come our way as I quite frankly expect. Its not quite like being in "check" or even "checkmate", more like "oh crap this is trouble and in a couple moves I'm dead meat!"

I want to see some road kill really bad!
