Correct....lol with that, it is an on going royalty(without prejudice) for the foreign and domestic patent rights only...develop issues yourself.

And #3 does not include the descriptive word "All"....as # 4 does....lol.

The 5 settlement types are different, with that, those three settlement types of similarity are different.

I remember dialog from management during the settlement stages for the Texas 7 where they were forwarding some form of source code with a settlement. IMO, that was in regard to FlashR. If you read the LG settlement PR.... "announced today that a major electronics manufacturer has purchased the first license for its Flash-R™ patent portfolio. "

IMO, with a FlashR settlement, or sale as the LG PR indicates, some form of development is issued with it.
