As the "gossip" you posted shows, clearly this judge in not a push over. The sentiments go from 0 to 10. That is a clear indication that she is pro-active, and as we have seen in control of what goes on in her court room...
A good trial lawyer like DM thrives on presenting the FACTS of their case toan egaged judge and not worry about any "hidden agendas" the judge may have...
If she is as patently "Red neck" and anti plaintiffs, as so of the bitter comments about her indicate, she may rule against EDIG. But, I am sure that is something DM would welcome, to take the case UP and have the 10th Circuit further clarify their PHILLIPS DECISION...
Simply said, I don't see DM not having considered who they would be dealing with when they decided to file in Denver...
EDIG'S case will be decided on the facts and in line with the law as explained in phillips. And I wouldn't worry too much about what gossip is in the cyberland on the juudge...
