Judges base their decisions on what is their opinion. Thats why I stated many months ago that they can make bad decisions. Thats why you have an appeals court. If their decision is greviously wrong you can go to a higher court. That being said, we still have to wait for her decision. If she decides in EDIG's favor those comments won't mean a thing.

One way or the other we still have DM who has been there before and had his reasons for going to her location. Lets just wait.
