Unfortunately I joined in the conversation by commenting how what I read was not very reassuring. Judging by the reaction of others on this board, there are many with frayed nerves. How else does one explain the hostility, the defensiveness, the insults. Some did offer good explanations as to the bad along with the good reviews and those are certainly appreciated. Thanks
