I believe nunchi is a sort of bluetooth connection between a mobile phone and a pacemaker to determine if the owner is agitated or in a calm mood and therefore more or less receptive to receiving junk mail. The phone also uses its camera and touch screen to detect if its user has a steady gaze or is shifty-eyed and sweaty-palmed to the degree that a given post sent to a board should be given weight or dismissed. I believe there is a market for this functionality, at least locally.
