They have not yet given a specific date for the Annual Shareholders Meeting. The only mention was sometime this summer. My best guess is sometime after the 10Q is released in August and when the Markman and Nunchi are old news.

Last year the 2010 10K was released on 06/10/10.

The Q1 2011 was released 08/04/10.

I bet they'd like to have some settlement earnings to discuss.

Anything earlier would be cake.
