Ric, that is a great point. That may have been EDIG's/DM's strategy all along...sue a bunch of companies hoping at least one would go to a Markman. Once a favorable ruling is rendered, sue all known infringers in one lawsuit.
Given the very likely large and quick settlements that would be pending, that should put a powder keg under the share price.
