Current patent portfolio expires between 2014 & 2016, but of the 5 I don't know in which order? Maybe someone has this info?

Since the formation of the EDIG Innovation Group, and what was said during the 3/14/2011 webcast, with 3 new patents filed and 8 more to be filed, I'm looking at this a different way be it a buyot or not. Then there's the awaited answer on the security patent.

A) e.Digital Flash-R being litigated for infringement and we probably have many years yet before that effort is over, with DM leading the charge.

B) The "long term future" rests on the success of the focus by the Inno Grp IMO.

So does a biggy CE company feel a buyout benefits them more now than later or if at all?

No way to tell what these boyz might be thinking, but after a ruling if favorable, will we get a hint? Who knows?
