Simply said, at this stage of EDIG'S existence as an Investment our focus should be 100% on what are the possible permutations of an EDIG DEVELOPMENT post the MARKMAN RULING, be it NEGATIVE, or POSITIVE...

Posts that are discussing any other subject are simply irrelevant and disruptive to our purpose of being here, namely MAKING MONEY...

Who cares why Blunist was BANNED 10-18 times in the past? How will that help you and me decide if we should sell our shares once the Markman Ruling is ISSUED against EDIG, or should we keep it till after appeals run out? Wouldn't it be more enlightening to discuss the time line and pitfalls of the Appellate process, and the track record of DM in taking cases up?

And what if the Ruling by Judge Krieger was for EDIG? Should we sell our shares, and when. And should we discuss the FACTS recently spelled out by the company that Nanuly's EDIG flushed with some cash from its IP litigation PLANS to remain as a dominant force in the ever expanding FLASH technolgy field, and as such is a different entity from the EDIG that shotup to $24.50 11 years ago?...

I do not know who B-Lunist is. Never met the man. But it is eveident he has a problem, as you have obsereved. I wish him luck with his investment, and I remain grateful that he has not raised his USPTO ISSUE as yet this time around. And like you I simply do not read his posts any longer...
