1) EDIG is obviously building a new strategic intellectual property portfolio

2) We currently have filed 3 new utility patents with 8 more to be filed

3) Nunchi is functional but in its early stages of developement and there are mobile phones TODAY that are running Nunchi

4) Services are live over CDMA wireless networks and all those are coupled to servers at the EDIG lab
