LAS VEGAS, NV, June 1, 2005 – AirScooter Corporation (OTC: ASCO), an innovator in new personal flight concepts, announced that it has begun trading under the ticker symbol ASCO. AirScooter has developed three patented and patent- pending aeronautical products employing new applications of coaxial rotor technology. These products include the AirScooter sport recreational vehicle, featured in Popular Science Magazine and in a recent CBS’ “60 Minutes” segment, and the high- performance AirScout 70” Unmanned Aerial Vehicle targeted at the commercial and military markets.
